Sorry if I am wasting your time with this, but just wanted to mention that I have the Encarta 2006 Premium DVD Edition. Not sure if it is the UK/Ireland version though, which obviously you are after. Let me know if you are interested.
I also have the 5CD edition of Microsoft Encarta Reference Library 2005; however it is probably not the Premium edition that you require (even though it is still on 5 CDs according to Google).

At the moment I am unable to fill any request due to some personal issues/time constraint. You can snatch Encarta 2005 Standard (if it is of any interest to you) from archive.org. Search for Microsoft Works Suite 2006 - it contains Encarta Standard 2005.
